Dr. Kelly Fredell

Kelly is the owner and clinical director at Foothills Integrative. She is a Registered Psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, families, couples, communities, and organizations through the process of recovery, change, and growth.

    Training:

    Kelly has extensive training in trauma informed modalities including EMDR, NP, and DBR. Kelly is QEEG-DL certified with IQCB. She enjoys teaching and supervising young psychologists.

Christine Waterson - Registered Psychologist Child Psychologist

Christine Waterson

Christine is a Registered Psychologist who brings over 10 years of experience providing crisis management to individuals and families who have experienced trauma. Christine works with children, adolescents and adults.

  • Christine’s compassionate approach is shaped by an integration of somatic and mindfulness-based practices, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  She believes in taking a holistic approach that incorporates an individual’s mind, body, emotions and spirit to assist in healing.  She is mindful to take a non-judgmental and empathic approach, which facilitates awareness, personal growth, and solution-focused strategies for her clients.

Lierin Churla - Provision Psychologist Neurotherapy Technician

Lierin Churla 

Lierin believes each person is the expert of their own experience. As a strong therapeutic alliance is paramount to therapeutic success, she encourages each client to come as their most authentic self and promises to do the same.

  • Lierin is a Registered Psychologist who approaches her practice with compassion, a nonjudgmental attitude, and a genuine interest for lived experience to ensure each client feels safe and supported in beginning on their path of transformation.

    Lierin is future oriented and thus often adopt a person centered and strengths-based approach to counselling. However, she knows that there is no one size fits all approach, so she is also experienced in using other evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. As she learns more about mindfulness and embodied approaches, she is embracing joining her clients in creating more peaceful lifestyles that blend all aspects of mind, body, and spirit.

Cassidy Davidson - Masters Student Neurotherapy Technician

Cassidy Davidson

Cassidy is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, Neurotherapy, and QEEG technician working under the supervision of Kelly Fredell. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters in Counselling Psychology.

  • Along with her formal education in psychology, Cassidy has been engaged in training in various alternative, parapsychological healing modalities for the last 10 years. Cassidy conceptualizes healing as alignment with one’s true Self, and the creative intelligence that lives within all of us. 

    Cassidy is happy to support you in your healing and will facilitate anything you require assistance with at the clinic.

Ramelle Masters - Registered Provisional Psychologist

Ramelle Masters 

Ramelle believes it takes great strength and courage for people to discuss their struggles and strive towards growth and change. She feels very honored to witness and assist in this process. She operates in a person-centered manner that honors each person and how they show up in session.

  • Ramelle is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who specializes in couples therapy utilizing the Gottman Method. This method operates using “The Sound Relationship House” theory, which is an integrative approach to couples therapy. This theory helps couples to deal with conflict and improve everyday interactions through the rebuilding and strengthening of the couples friendship and love.
