Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. They may feel like they should have things figured out by now, yet find themselves caught in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges that are hard to shift on their own. I work with both individuals and couples, tailoring therapy to meet you where you are and what you need most.
For individuals, I support clients in understanding patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help you develop practical tools while also creating space for deeper reflection and growth. I work particularly well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break, even though they are motivated for things to change.
For couples, I use the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in a more connected and constructive way. Whether you are feeling stuck in recurring arguments, struggling with disconnection, or working through a significant transition, I provide a structured and supportive space to strengthen your relationship. I often work with couples who feel disconnected but still care deeply about their relationship and want to find their way back to each other.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental. I focus on creating a space where you feel understood and supported, while also helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we work to build clarity, confidence, and stronger relationships with yourself and with others.
