Many clients come into therapy feeling overwhelmed or unsure if it will truly help. They worry they should already be “further ahead”, and it can be difficult to see a clear path forward.
I use a holistic and individualized approach at every stage of therapy. I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, and tailor our work together to support their progress in a way that feels right for them.
I strive to create a warm, safe, and comfortable environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward at their own pace–with confidence and ease.
