Many clients come to therapy searching for clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of themselves. They may feel stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating; patterns that once served them, but no longer align with how they want to live. These patterns are not signs of dysfunction, but natural adaptations to life’s complexities. Beneath them lies a deeper self - intact, aware, and capable of change.
I believe therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about strengthening your connection to that inner foundation. Working with adolescents (14+) and adults, I offer a space to reflect, explore, and gently challenge the narratives that have shaped your life. Drawing from approaches like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), I move beyond traditional talk therapy to include the body’s role in holding and processing experience. This work facilitates shifts that are deeply felt, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
With a grounded and intuitive presence, I walk alongside clients in their healing, holding space for both depth and challenge. My work is informed by an interest in the inner life, soul work, and the ways we make meaning through connections to self, others, and the unseen dimensions of experience. I bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship, believing that therapy is an active process; one that invites you to fully engage in your own growth.
