Cassidy is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, Neurotherapy, and QEEG technician working under the supervision of Kelly Fredell. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters in Counselling Psychology.
Cassidy takes a non-pathologizing approach to therapy, understanding that patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating are not signs of dysfunction, but natural adaptations to life’s complexities. Beneath these patterns, there is a deeper self—intact, aware, and capable of change. Therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about strengthening one’s connection to this inner foundation.
Working with adolescents (14+) and adults, she offers a space to reflect, explore, and challenge the narratives that have shaped their lives. Integrating approaches like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Deep Brain Reorienting, she moves beyond traditional talk therapy to engage with the body’s role in holding and processing experience. Rather than relying solely on insight, this work facilitates shifts that are deeply felt, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
With a grounded and intuitive presence, Cassidy walks alongside clients in their healing, holding space for both depth and challenge. She brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship, believing that therapy is an active process—one that invites clients to engage fully in their own growth. Her work supports those who are ready to deepen self-awareness, strengthen agency, and move toward a more intentional, connected way of being.
