Navigating the world of mental health care can be overwhelming–from understanding services to booking appointments to simply feeling welcomed in a new space. Behind the scenes, therapists also need reliable support to focus fully on the care they provide. 

As the Business Manager, I ensure that the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly so that both clients and clinicians feel supported. Whether it’s managing communication, scheduling appointments, assisting with billing or guiding clients through the therapy process, I bring a supportive and client-centered approach to every interaction. 

My goal is for every client to experience a warm and seamless introduction to our clinic and ensuring therapists are able to focus on what matters most–providing exceptional care. I aim to create an environment where clients feel confident, supported, and cared for from start to finish.

Experience:

Aleasha is the Business Manager and QEEG Technician at our practice, bringing over a decade of experience in business administration across various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Aleasha oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, working closely with both clients and clinicians to ensure a supportive and professional environment. She also leads our QEEG services--administering assessments, training new technicians, processing EEG data, and assisting with analysis to support accurate treatment planning. Aleasha recently completed a 5-day intensive training at the School of Neurotherapy in Santa Barbara and is working towards her QEEG-T certification with the International QEEG Certification Board.
