Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck—whether it’s due to overwhelming emotions, past trauma, or uncertainty during life transitions. They may struggle with self-doubt, emotional regulation, or strained relationships, leaving them unsure of how to move forward.
I believe each person is the expert of their own experience, and I work collaboratively with clients to create a tailored approach that fits their unique needs. Using a blend of somatic, cognitive, and experiential therapies—including EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), mindfulness, CBT, and strengths-based techniques—I help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and cultivate resilience. My eclectic framework adapts to each individual, whether they need nervous system support, practical coping tools, or deeper emotional exploration. Above all, I prioritize a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and growth.
My goal is to empower clients to embrace their authentic selves, cultivate self-compassion, and build healthier relationships—both with themselves and others. Using a strong therapeutic alliance, grounding techniques, and somatic trauma-processing therapies like EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), I help clients release stored stress, rewire unhelpful patterns, and develop practical emotional regulation skills. Together, we create a foundation of safety and resilience, enabling them to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and lasting change.
