You may be going through a difficult time, or struggling and not sure how to find your way forward. Perhaps the strategies you’ve tried in the past are no longer working. You may be successful, resilient and have weathered a few storms, but are now seeking greater peace, connection, and a deeper sense of meaning in your life.
I tailor my approach to you, your presenting concerns, and therapeutic goals. I will attend to the melody of your soul song and support you in leaning into what life is inviting you to learn, and to become. I do this with compassion, authenticity, and a deep faith in life.
