Many clients come into therapy feeling anxious, apprehensive, or overwhelmed—often unsure of
where to start or whether therapy can truly help. It’s common to feel like you should be able to
handle things on your own, which can make reaching out for support feel especially hard.
I strive to offer a warm, comfortable, and often light-hearted space where clients feel safe taking
each step of the therapy process at their own pace. I meet clients where they’re at, taking time to
understand their individual needs, what helps them feel safe and supported, and tailoring my
approach to each person.
