How to get out of your head

Cost: free for all adults aged 18+ (registration required)
A psychoeducational workshop hosted in conjunction with Okotoks Public Library that focuses on rumination and worry. These sessions will explore why individuals become stuck in worry loops and introduce practical, evidence-based strategies to interrupt overthinking. In this workshop, you will learn:
- Why overthinking happens
- How anxiety fuels worry
- Tools to interrupt rumination
- Strategies to build mental flexibility
- Evidence-based coping techniques
