There are times in life when you know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to begin. You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, struggle in navigating a difficult relationship, or stress adjusting to a major life transition. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. I see counselling as a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and curiosity. Together, we can create a space to better understand yourself, identify your values, navigate life’s challenges, and build on your strengths to create a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Therapy (SFT), and using psychoeducation, I work with clients to develop practical skills to meet their goals while also exploring the underlying question of ‘what does this all mean’. Together, we'll work to identify what is most important to you, build on your existing strengths, and work toward creating a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
Coming to therapy is an act of courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move beyond simply getting through each day toward living a life that feels meaningful to you.
