Sometimes children have big feelings that are hard to understand or put into words. Whether they're feeling worried, frustrated, sad, or overwhelmed, it can be difficult for both children and their families to know where to start or how to help. I meet each child where they are, using play, creativity, curiosity, and evidence-based approaches to help them explore their feelings in ways that feel natural and fun. I also partner with parents and caregivers, because supporting a child works best when the whole team feels connected and understood.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where children can laugh, learn, grow, and build confidence while developing healthy ways to express themselves and cope with life's challenges. Together, we’ll celebrate each step forward, helping your child build confidence, develop resilience, and feel supported as they grow.
