Sometimes clients feel overwhelmed by the process of starting therapy. It takes great strength and courage to discuss your struggles and strive towards growth and change. Lasting change isn’t linear, which can feel scary and stop you from reaching out.
I utilize a holistic and person-centred approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. My aim is to meet you where you are at while also gently challenging your growth edge and offering a different perspective.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, shame, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, emotionally exhausted or uncertain. Together, we unpack these experiences and reconnect with your values, boundaries, and strengths using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that integrates tools like CBT, mindfulness and EMDR.
I also support couples looking to reconnect, repair trust, and improve communication. Using the Gootman Method and other evidence-based practices, I help couples identify unhelpful patterns and work through conflict in a constructive, balanced way.
As an athlete and someone who values physical movement, I understand the unique mental health challenges that come with high performance–such as burnout, performance anxiety, or identity shifts. I work with athletes through trauma-informed, sport-specific therapy that incorporates EMDR, mindset coaching, and tools to support mental resilience and recovery.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where the therapeutic relationship is central. Through our work together, my goal is to empower you to continue to make meaningful change beyond the therapy room by using the tools and skills we develop together to navigate future challenges with confidence and independence.
