Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP)

Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) integrates renowned approaches to mental health and human evolution from the East and West, as well as psychological, physiological and spiritual body-mind theories and practices. This approach enhances wellbeing through breath, movement and mindful awareness of somatic experience to facilitate the release of defensive holding patterns in the body and self-limiting beliefs in the mind.

IBP supports self-awareness, release and transformation of these embodied defensive survival strategies to realize states of wellbeing, integration and profound core sense of self.

Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

These eye movements dampen the power of emotionally charged memories of past traumatic events.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the emotional aspect of human functioning as a valuable source of information instead of painful or difficult states to be avoided or managed.

EFT addresses the regulation and impact of emotions.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

The term “dialectical” comes from the idea that bringing together two opposites in therapy — acceptance and change — brings better results than either one alone.
